JT Custom Builders

So you’ve decided to do it. You’re going to build a new home, expand your home, or finally give your vehicles a cozy place to park.

Whether the decision was easy or required much deliberation, it’s a huge step toward completing your project. At this point, there are going to be questions floating around in your head, such as: who do we contact? How much is this going to cost? How do we even get started? Aren’t all construction projects doomed and riddled with extra costs and delays??

You naturally will start searching for Builders, possibly turning to social media, friends and family, or an old-fashioned Google search. Among the results, you’ll see many options – many being quality contractors with solid reputations. When you see JT Custom Builders, you’ll see high ratings and reviews that highlight our commitment to quality construction and customer service.

We cannot speak for other Builders, but here is what to expect when you contact JT Custom Builders. But first: HOW do you contact us? Well, it’s quite simple:

Now that we have established that, what will happen when you contact us? Regardless of how you choose to contact us, you’ll receive a response usually within two business days, although typically within one. When we respond to you, we will essentially be looking for the classic who/what/where/when/why… why not? It works.

  • Who are you?
  • What are you hoping to achieve (type of house, budget, etc.)?
  • Where are you looking to build (if it’s a new home)?
  • What is your timeframe (when)?
  • What is your motivation (why)? In other words, what are you seeking? More space? Built just for you? Always wanted to Custom Build? No resales available?

No, it’s not that rigid. It’s a conversation. But these are the items we’ll be looking to learn about you when we first make contact.

Here’s the most important aspect: working with JT Custom Builders is collaborative. From your first contact, we’ll be establishing a relationship that will carry through the entire project. At each step of the way, regardless of whom you’re working with in our company, you’ll feel a sense of comfort that you’re working with people who truly care about who you are and why you’re doing your project. In fact, most of our customers know much of our staff by name. We’re not simply a random contractor. We’re a relational Builder and we genuinely love what we do.

So now that you know what to expect: what are you waiting for? It’s easy. Contact us, and the process starts. We don’t pressure you, we’re not out “closing deals” left and right, we’re simply hardworking, committed people, doing what we love and working to provide you with a great experience and exactly the project you’re looking for.

Stay tuned: Next, you’ll learn how the beginning stages of our process work.
