We start with a chat about your vision. Where do you want to build? What kind of aesthetic do you want? What is your budget and timeframe? You might have some of these ideas already, or you might not - doesn’t matter. We can help!

PRE-CONSTRUCTION
This stage is where we formalize the beginning of our relationship working together. With the signed Agreement and Pre-Construction fee completed, we start diving into the planning and details.
