As 2024 comes to an end, we at JT Custom Builders are reflecting on a year filled with growth,
challenges, and meaningful milestones.
What We Accomplished
This year, we were privileged to work on some incredible projects that truly reflect the trust our
customers place in us. From finishing a stunning addition featuring a pool and greenhouse to
building three amazing new homes, a large-scale addition and full home transformation, and a
couple of kitchen remodels—just to name a few—each project was a unique opportunity to bring
our customers’ visions to life.
2024 was also our biggest year as a company, an achievement we attribute to the dedication of
our talented team and our strategic focus on new homes and large additions.
What We Learned
The year began slower than normal, presenting challenges that required us to pause, assess, and
refine how we operate. This led to a period of change, including the introduction of new
processes and efficiencies aimed at improving our performance and customer experience.
These changes aren’t just about operational improvements; they reflect our deeper commitment
to being more than just a custom home builder. We are a relationship-driven company, focused on building
trust and delivering a level of care that goes far beyond construction. We will never claim to be a
perfect builder, but we will always work tirelessly for our customers.
